While most NFL players and fans have been accepting of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift and the media attention she brings to every game she attends.

But one player who seemingly has a big issue with Swift is former Philadelphia Eagles and current Houston Texans safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson.

Following the Eagles’ 40-22 victory over the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX back in February, Gardner-Johnson took a shot at swift on social media, posting a photo of him staring down Kelce with the caption “Should've Stayed w that thick s****,” referencing Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole.

He then doubled-down on his Swift criticism, wearing a hoodie with the words “Swifties can LIX my balls” across the front during the Eagles’ Super Bowl parade in Philadelphia.

So it should come as no surprise when Gardner-Johnson went down with an injury during Thursday’s practice, Swift’s fans were paying attention.

As he was defending receive John Metchie, Garnder-Johnson went down with a leg injury and was examined by the medical staff before being carted off the field. Gardner-Johnson reportedly couldn’t put weight on his leg in the locker room, and hours later ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the Texans avoided the worst-case scenario as Gardner-Johnson didn’t tear his ACL.

“Tests revealed that Texans safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson’s ACL is intact, per sources,” Schefter wrote on X. “The Texans still are conducting more testing to determine the extent of the injury but the team is not concerned about his ACL.”

While Texans fans were wishing the Pro Bowl safety well wishes and a speedy recovery, Swifties were pointing out that they believed karma had caught up to the 27-year-old defensive back.

“Prayers but karmas a b,” one fan wrote.

“Tayvoodoo is right on time, every time 👏👏👏,” another fan added.

“Tayvoodoo never forgives and never forgets,” a third fan exclaimed.

“Tayvoodoo is undefeated ..,” one user replied.

“Tayvoodoo never fails….. hes just in that find out part….” remarked another user.

“Tayvoodoo claimed a new victim 👀,” one fan noted.

“I dare you all say tayvoodoo is not real cause why are her opps deal with [bad] karma at the end of the day 😌,” another fan boasted.
