Hull couldn't believe what Cunningham did...
Lexie Hull Reacts After Sophie Cunningham’s Action Involving WNBA Rival originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
With all three point guards out for the Indiana Fever, including Caitlin Clark, both Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull were inserted into the starting lineup for the first time together.
It turned out to be a good move by Stephanie White as the shorthanded Fever took down an Angel Reese-less Chicago Sky team 92-70 on Saturday night.
Just one day after the win, a video was posted online of Cunningham and Hull at a signing event. When Cunningham was handed a card featuring Connecticut Sun guard Jacy Sheldon, she couldn't help but laugh.
She proceeded to sign the card anyway with a message: "Property of: Sophie Cunningham #8."
Cunningham’s actions drew laughter from those around her, including Hull, who responded, “No way!”
They had Sophie Cunningham sign a Jacy Sheldon card. The property of @sophaller . That’s the smartest move by a card investor. pic.twitter.com/e5rD1KbADX

Cunningham and Sheldon have a history together, which would explain the reaction to the signature. In the Fever's 88-71 win over the Sun on June 17, Sheldon and Clark got into it with each other, before Marina Mabrey ended up shoving Clark to the floor.
Later in the game, Cunningham responded by dragging down Sheldon on a fast break, which resulted in a near-fight. After the play was reviewed, both Cunningham and Sheldon, along with Connecticut's Lindsay Allen, were ejected.
"When you are winning a game by 17 points and you're doing this stupid foul, this is just disrespectful," Sun coach Rachid Meziane said after the incident. "I don't know how Jacy and Lindsay [got] ejected from the game when they did nothing."
Cunningham and Hull will probably get their second start together in the Fever's next game on Tuesday, when they host Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings. At the time of this article, it is unclear if Clark will be able to play, but all signs point to her being out for the 11th straight game.
