The Cleveland Browns are making an addition to their receiving corps via free agency. Per Jordan Schultz the Browns are signing former Texas star Isaiah Bond.
Bond ran a 4.39 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, but went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft. While he was expected to be a mid-round selection, Bond was arrested in April after being accused of sexual assault. However, he was given a "no bill" ruling on Thursday, meaning no indictment will be issued to the former Longhorn, per J.D. Miles.
Bond caught 34 passes for 540 yards and five touchdowns in 2024. He caught 48 passes in 2024 for four touchdowns. He will enter a thin corps of pass-catchers with a legitimate chance to make the roster.
