The 2025 college football season is rapidly approaching, and third-year Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders is hoping to replicate the success he had in 2024, which saw his team post a 9-4 record. The Pro Football Hall of Fame member has gone 13-12 in his first two seasons in Boulder, completely revitalizing a program that went 1-11 in the year before his arrival.

This college football season will look a bit different for Sanders as he won't be coaching his sons, Shedeur (Cleveland Browns quarterback) and Shilo (Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety), and will also be without 2024 Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter (Jacksonville Jaguars athlete). In addition to not having his core group of players, Sanders will also be gracing the sidelines for the first time after his battle with bladder cancer, which he won this offseason.

Before the season ramps up, Sanders, who also has a tremendous entrepreneurial side ranging from his "Prime" merchandise to his Nike Air Diamond Turfs, revealed he has another move in store on Tuesday. Sanders announced on Instagram that his "P21ME" brand will start selling Sanders-inspired cowboy hats.

Although Sanders is a Florida native, his time spent with the Dallas Cowboys, which saw the team win Super Bowl XXXin 1995, "immersed" him in the country lifestyle as he revealed to Forbes in 2020.

"When you live in country and you have hundreds of acres, there’s always something to do," Sanders said regarding his life in Texas. "Sometimes you cut the trails, you pick up trees and what falls on your trails. You can remove the turtles from out of your lake. You can fish. You can hunt. I love doing all of it. The opportunities are endless."

Sanders and the Buffs will open up the 2025 season on Aug. 29 against Georgia Tech, and since the listing for the hat also reveals that if you order it by Aug. 19, you'll have it by the first game, it doesn't seem too far-fetched to assume that Folsom Field will be flooded with these hats come Week 1.
