Liverpool's attacking line has changed dramatically this summer, with potentially four forwards leaving Anfield for pastures new. So far, none of them have been replaced, which is concerning.
Of course, Diogo Jota sadly passed away which put the club in a really difficult position. Hugo Ekitike was brought in to cover the striker role, but Darwin Nunez has since left and we need another striker.
Alexander Isak will ideally fill the whole left by the Uruguayan, but Luis Diaz's place is currently held by the 16-year-old protégé Rio Ngumoha, while Ben Doak has now also gone and Federico Chiesa wants a move back to Italy before the summer ends to bolster his chances of making the World Cup.

So it should not be surprising that a new winger is on the agenda, and the latest reports are suggesting that a world-class talent might be able to move to Merseyside in the next two weeks.
Potential move for £70m winger
According to an exclusive story from Dave OCKOP, the Reds are mulling over the chance to spend £60-70m on a winger, in addition to the possible signing of Alexander Isak. The club is said to be 'aware that more options on the flanks will be needed to compete on four fronts this season'.
Signing a player worth that kind of transfer fee certainly gives you the impression that they would need to be world class, and there are a whole host of options - Rafael Leao at AC Milan, Rodrygo at Real Madrid, Bradley Barcola at PSG and Savinho at Manchester City, just to name a few.
But another recent update in the transfer market suggests that Liverpool could be looking at a player they know a little more about, who has Premier League experience that he would be able to offer us.
Of course, I'm not referring to Anthony Gordon at Newcastle, although he would fit the billing. The Magpies are already struggling to come to terms with the fact that Isak might leave this summer.
If you look at bit further south of Tyneside, you will find Brighton's Kaoru Mitoma, a Japanese winger who has been delivering high-class performances for the Seagulls over the last three seasons.
Despite his age of 28, the player is only really six years into his professional career, having played for his university until the age of 22. His dribbling and high-press is world-class and you feel as though he could play at the same high-standards for the next five or six years. As such he might be a target.
Earlier on Friday, the Athletic's David Ornstein revealed that Manchester United are no longer considering a move for Carlos Baleba at Brighton because they believe the asking price is too high.
With Mitoma, Liverpool might have a bit more luck since his contract runs out in 2027 and the rejected approaches that Saudi Arabian clubs made for him were predominantly because he desires a move to Europe, playing regular Champions League football, which the Reds can offer him.
The £70m that is reportedly available for a winger would not need to be fully spent, with a move for less than £50m likely to get done if the club laid out their intentions straight away to get him signed.
While money isn't an issue, the timing certainly is going to cause a problem. Just two weeks remain of the summer transfer window, but if Mitoma likes us, then maybe we can fast-track something.
Either way, it's going to be an exciting finish to the summer, regardless of what comes to fruition.
