Rookie wide receiver Jackson Meeks is leading the charge for the Detroit Lions in their preseason Week 2 matchup against the Miami Dolphins at Ford Field. Signed as an undrafted free agent, Meeks will try to impress coach Dan Campbell to secure a spot on the Lions' 2025 roster.
On Saturday, Meeks showcased his potential with several big plays, including an 11-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter.
Quarterback Kyle Allen connected with Meeks multiple times throughout the game, starting with an 11-yard gain to the left early in the first quarter and an 8-yard reception to the right in the second. Meeks' 11-yard touchdown catch at 7:04 in the second quarter was a highlight.
