STOCKBRIDGE, Georgia, Aug. 16 — The Stockbridge [GA] Tigers host the Dutchtown [GA] Bulldogs in a rematch of the 2024 opener won by Dutchtown, 47-28.
Stockbridge missed out on the GHSA Class 4A postseason a year ago finish fourth in their region and 5-5 overall. Dutchtown, however, made it to the second round of the GHSA Class 5A playoffs before running into the Milton Eagles' Machine – the eventual undefeated state champions.
The only ranked recruit in this game is Dutchtown's senior quarterback Michael Johnson who is committed to the Utah Utes.
