Angel Reese stole the spotlight.
Angel Reese's Outfit for Sky-Valkyries Game Draws Attention originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
Chicago Sky star Angel Reese is reportedly making progress in her road to recovery from a lingering back injury. The latest update on the 23-year-old is that she has been doing “on-court activities,” which is a crucial development as she slowly works her way back.
Reese, however, still has no timetable for her return, and the Sky seem intent on taking a cautious approach to the health of their star.
The former LSU standout is now set to miss her seventh straight game on Friday when the Sky take on the Golden State Valkyries in a home game at Wintrust Arena. Reese, however, made sure to support her teammate for the matchup by attending the game to cheer from the bench.
As always, Reese came to the arena in style as she stole the spotlight with her gameday outfit.

Reese went for a chic, preppy-inspired look for Friday’s game. She wore a fitted white short-sleeve polo shirt, which is cropped slightly above the waist. The 6-foot-3 forward paired it with a high-waisted pleated mini skirt in beige/khaki that came with a matching brown belt.
Reese wore her hair in long, sleek braids that were styled to the side, and she accessorized with a pearl choker necklace and stylish rectangular glasses. Her white handbag with red cherry prints also stood out.
All in all, the Sky star’s ensemble gave off a schoolgirl-meets-runway vibe.
The fans on social media expressed their reactions to Reese’s gameday fit.
