Browns PFF Grades: Reviewing the 10 best PFF offensive players in the preseason victory

All eyes were on rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel as he led the Cleveland Browns’ offense out of the tunnel against the Philadelphia Eagles. This list of the top 10 offensive PFF players proved that he had a solid supporting cast, with some unexpected, impressive performances.

The offensive guards were immediate standouts in the PFF grades. Guard Teven Jenkins led the team with an 83.7 overall grade in 38 snaps, including a notable 86.0 pass-blocking grade. Fellow guard Javion Cohen also had a terrific day, earning an 83.4 overall grade in 23 snaps and an 84.8 pass-blocking grade. This gave Gabriel multiple opportunities, as he was only sacked twice in the contest.

Another pair of standout performers for the second game in a row were wide receivers Gage Larvadain and Kaden Davis. Larvadain collected three receptions for 43 yards, which significantly contributed to his 71.3 overall grade. Davis hauled in three receptions of his own for 44 yards, impressing again after his two-touchdown performance against the Carolina Panthers. While scoreboard production wasn’t efficient, the Browns’ offense still had plenty of meaningful reps for players fighting for a roster spot.
