Von Miller created a habit of wrecking quarterbacks as a perennial sack master. Especially during his brief run with the Los Angeles Rams -- leading into the Super Bowl championship in the 2021 season.

One would think an elite pass rusher like Miller would realize the importance of implementing pass rushing moves. Especially when countering larger offensive tackles. Miller, however, dropped an honest yet stunning take on the subject.

Speaking on the Pardon My Take podcast, Miller doesn't believe pass rushing moves are that important. He opened up on his true feeling towards beating blocks and attacking the QB on gamedays.

"I honestly think pass rush moves are overrated," Miller said.

He then dove deeper into why he delivered such a unique take, but puzzling one for fans of sack leaders.

"I probably got a sack on a ghost move five times," Miller said. "That's what gets highlighted -- the spins and all that stuff. But that's just the curveball and the knuckleball. That's not what I'm leading with."

Miller then broke down how he really gets after QBs on Sundays.

"I like to get off the ball as fast as possible. And I'm just able to react to whatever the offensive linemen are doing," Miller said.

He then explained "I'm not a big move guy. Out of my 120 to 129 sacks, 90 to 95 have come off some type of speed to power element. So my stress is speed so I win mostly on power. For power guys, their stress is power and they win off power moves."

In the end, Miller calls it "playing mind games" with blockers. Hence why he doesn't believe in countering blockers with pass rushing moves.
