We break down the fantasy football outlook of Blake Corum ahead of the Rams’ Week 3 matchup against the Eagles.
Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season is upon us and the action will continue on Sunday with a rematch of last year’s NFC Divisional round as the Los Angeles Rams visit the Philadelphia Eagles at 1 p.m. ET on FOX.
The Rams are off to a 2-0 start to the campaign and were able to pull away from the Titans in a 33-19 victory last Sunday. Running back Blake Corum made a good contribution towards the winning effort and we’ll see if he can do the same against the reigning Super Bowl champions this week.
Below, we’ll go over Corum’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 3.
Fantasy Football analysis: Rams RB Blake Corum
After logging just a single carry in the season opener, Corum got more work against the Titans in Week 2 with five carries for 44 yards and a touchdown. That trip to the end zone in the fourth quarter capped the Rams’ scoring for the afternoon and he finished as the No. 25 fantasy running back in Week 2 with 10.4 points. Some are beginning to make the case for him getting more touches as a good change-of-pace from the volume-reliant Kyren Williams and we’ll see if the Rams coaching staff agrees with this assessment.
Start or sit in Week 3 standard leagues?
Sit. I wouldn’t go as far as considering Corum for a start just yet, especially with a tough matchup against the Eagles’ defense coming up on Sunday. But Williams managers in particular should definitely look into him as a handcuff option if they haven’t done so already. The second-year back from Michigan is rostered in less than 15% of fantasy leagues and carving out a roster spot for him now could pay dividends for him later on.
