The news was confirmed by NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, who added that Philadelphia argued "Big Dom" only had one foot in the bench area, but that was enough for the league to uphold the fine.
The #Eagles’ appeal, I’m told, was he had only one foot in the bench area. Apparently five toes was enough. Fine levied. https://t.co/x7Y5WnW61n

Dom DiSandro salary
The Eagles have never let any details about DiSandro's salary leak.
While it can be assumed he is paid well — he holds three titles, including director of gameday coaching operations — he certainly doesn't earn a salary that matches Nick Sirianni or many of the players on Philadelphia's roster. That would make $75,000 a hefty fine, even if the Eagles take good care of "Big Dom."
