Mazi Smith is ACTIVE for the Cowboys today
The Dallas Cowboys are just about ready to play the Chicago Bears in Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season. The Cowboys hope to leave Sunday with a winning record and renewed confidence. And now, with the inactives list out, we have a better idea of who will be competing for that win.
This will be the 2025 season debut of Mazi Smith. The defensive tackle has struggled to live up to his first-round billing and was a healthy scratch for the first two games. He’ll get a chance to show what he can do as Jay Toia sits.
Trevon Diggs was added to the injury list over the weekend and was questionable, but is going to play after going through a pre-game workout. That is huge as the Cowboys will be without DaRon Bland at corner once again.
No Jadeveon Clowney for the Cowboys as the team decides to push back his debut.
The Bears went into the game with quite a few players on defense set to miss the contest, including corners Jaylon Johnson and Kyler Gordon.
