Here are the updated SEC power rankings following the Week 4 college football slate across the conference.
Another week of Southeastern Conference football has concluded, with the league's top programs beginning to separate themselves from the rest of the pack.
The Arkansas Razorbacks kicked off Week 4 for the SEC with a one-point loss at Memphis, as Sam Pittman looks to be in one of the hottest seats in college football. Luckily, the league bounced back thanks to dominant performances from Lane Kiffin's Ole Miss Rebels against a formidable Tulane program and Tennessee's high-flying offense running wild on the UAB Blazers.
At the same time, head coach Trent Dilfer took in the moment by snapping photos of Neyland Stadium's atmosphere as his team got demolished.
During the afternoon slate, Auburn and Oklahoma traded back-and-forth blows in a contest that lived up to the hype. The Sooners' win in Norman only solidifies their claim as one of the best teams in the conference in 2025. Across the Red River, the Texas Longhorns took care of business against Sam Houston, and Brian Kelly's Tigers scored at will against Southeastern Louisiana. Teams like Mississippi State and Vanderbilt moved to 4-0 on the season with dominant outings against Northern Illinois and Georgia State, respectively.
After suffering back-to-back losses against USF and LSU, Billy Napier looked to turn things around against in-state rival Miami. Still, the Canes overpowered the Gators and sliced even more sand down the hourglass for his tenure as the head coach at Florida. Meanwhile, the Missouri Tigers stayed hot against dangerous dual-threat quarterback LaNorris Sellers and the South Carolina Gamecocks.
