The Penn State Nittany Lions and Oregon Ducks will meet on Saturday night for the 18th full-stadium White Out game, and it's only right that the day gets kicked off with College GameDay in Happy Valley.

The matchup will be just the second-ever White Out game featuring two teams inside the AP Top 10.

The stage is set for Saturday night and all eyes will be on the Ducks and the Nittany Lions. Who will perform best on the big stage?

What is Penn State's record on College GameDay?

The Nittany Lions hold an all-time record of 10-17 when featured on College GameDay.

However, Saturday will be the 12th time College GameDay comes to Happy Valley, and the Nittany Lions are 5-6 in those instances.

The record still is not wear Penn State fans would like it to be, but it's better than the Nittany Lions' overall record when featured by the infamous pregame show.

This is the second straight year Penn State will host College GameDay, as the show featured the Nittany Lions' matchup with Ohio State in 2024.

Though Penn State hasn't fared well when College GameDay is in town, the Nittany Lions have played very well in their annual White Out game.

Penn State has won six straight White Out games and eight of the last nine. Beaver Stadium should be rocking on Saturday and that can only mean good news for the Nittany Lions.

Saturday night's game will be Penn State's 102nd overall prime-time game at home, and its first this year. The Nittany Lions are 66-35 in prime-time games all-time, and 23-11 at Beaver Stadium.

As for the pure history between Penn State and Oregon, the two teams have only played six times in their programs' history.

Penn State leads the series 3-2, including a win in the 1995 Rose Bowl, which was the Nittany Lions' last undefeated season. The White Out this weekend will be the first time Oregon plays at Beaver Stadium since 1964.

College GameDay will get started on ESPN at 9 a.m. ET, and No. 3 Penn State and No. 6 Oregon will kickoff for the 18th full-stadium White Out game at 7:30 p.m. ET.
