That’s the way to finish the season.
I’m at the bar, so I’m not doing a real recap until later….but we are AL East Champs. We don’t play again until next Saturday in the ALDS.
Alejandro Kirk hit a grand slam in the first and a two-run shot in the fifth.
We had 15 hits.
Kevin Gausman wasn’t great but then he didn’t have to be. The bullpen was great. Barger and Springer homered.
Every starter reached base.
I love seeing John Schneider get some credit.
Later we’ll do a real recap, but for now…

I’m going to switch to champagne from beer (I’m not really going to change….I’ve had a couple I’m good).
