The Chiefs don't fear Jackson.
Ravens' Lamar Jackson holds no 'fear' for Chiefs claims analyst originally appeared on The Sporting News
The Baltimore Ravens came into the Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs knowing that they had to get a win or their season would be on life support.
And the 37-20 beatdown at Arrowhead, in which Jackson left the game late in the third quarter with a hamstring injury, now sees the alarm bells ringing as loud as ever with Baltimore at 1-3 and their season in danger of being over before Thanksgiving.
Jackson is now 1-6 all-time against the Chiefs in what is a brutal one-sided affair, and for former NFL quarterback, now analyst, Matt Hasselbeck, Lamar doesn't hold any fear for Kansas City like he does the rest of the league.
"Lamar Jackson is no doubt a great player," Hasselbeck said on The Herd. "But for whatever reason Steve Spagnuolo and the Chiefs. I don't think they fear him like the rest of the league does."

How long is Lamar Jackson out for?
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was asked about the injuries and stated that the team would know more later in the week.
Given how dire the situation is regarding their season, it is going to be interesting to see how the franchise plays it this week with the Ravens needing a win to keep their season alive.
Cooper Rush has proven he can win in the league, so he might be called into action in Week 5 as Jackson sits out, but if the Ravens lose to the Houston Texans and drop to 1-4, it might be curtains for 2025, and then the coaching staff will have a decision to make on Lamar.
Right now, there is hope he might suit up, but that's all it is.
