Does Notre Dame just need to be 10-2 to make the college football playoff?

Winning will make this a question every week

A big argument started to brew Saturday night after the dust of the college football results of the day settled… and of course it has to do with Notre Dame and its chances of making the college football playoff.

Here’s the thing though, and I’m going to tell you… everyone is right and everyone is wrong. Perhaps that’s just my opinion, but it’s hard to go to the mats with vigor and confidence about something that has at least 2164 different variables to produce 4752 different scenarios.

Personally I think it’s reasonable to assume there will be some CFB nonsense in the weeks to come, and as long as Notre Dame keeps winning convincingly, they’ll legitimately be in the conversation because the committee will ultimately make it that way.

But what do you think?
