SPRINGFIELD, Mo–College volleyball Wednesday night, Evangel hosting College of the Ozarks in their Highway 65 rivalry.
The Valor were 20-2, but one of those losses to the Bobcats.
And this went back and forth all night, Evangel’s Simone Jackson with an early kill to make it 3-3 in the first set.
C of O’s Anna Brunner would go to work, a block at the net to make it a two point set.
And then the Spokane product would get the kill, it’s 23-19 Evangel.
The Bobcats had the serve, but Kamryn Link gets set point at the net, Evangel takes the first set 25-22.
The Valor wins the second 25-21.
The third set was tied at 28 points apiece before the Valor won the last two points to win the last set 30-28 and the match 3 sets to none.
