Do the Bills need to be perfect?

The Buffalo Bills have a chance to go 3-0 in the division early on when they host the New England Patriots in what looms to be a tough outing with Stefon Diggs making his return to Highmark Stadium.

With the Bills offense rolling through four weeks and the defense showing signs of progression, up next is a Patriots team just starting to find their feet under new head coach Mike Vrabel.

New England has the 10th-best offense (25.5 ppg) and defense (20.3 ppg) and is coming off a 42-13 beatdown of the Carolina Panthers, so it will be in a confident mood heading into Week 5.

And such is the manner in which Vrabel has his team playing, receiver Keon Coleman knows nothing but perfection will do.

“I mean, hard nose football, well coached guys with guys that's very capable up front and in the secondary," Coleman said on the Patriots' defense via One Bills Live. "So, we got to play a complete game, all three phases to come out with a win."

Coleman proving to be the No. 1 weapon Bills need

After last season, Coleman was facing a huge offseason due to the up and down nature of his rookie year with the receiver not living up to the hype many had envisioned for him.

But through four weeks of Year 2, Coleman is showing signs that he can be "that" guy for Joe Brady's offense.

Coleman leads the Bills in yards (203), receptions (17) and targets (22). What is also worth noting is that of Keon's 17 receptions, 12 of them have gone for first downs, so he is a chain-mover on offense and is developing into quite the weapon for Allen.

And if the Bills are to maintain their undefeated start to 2025, we imagine that Coleman is going to play a role in beating the Patriots, because, playing a "complete game" only happens when everyone pulls in the same direction, with Coleman leading the charge.
