One of the biggest differences for the Buffalo Bills' offense over the past 18 months has been the change in mentality under coordinator Joe Brady.
With no genuine No. 1 receiver, Brady has adopted a "everybody eats" mentality, where each player plays a selfless role on gameday, with everyone happy for each other's success.
One week a player might get 10 catches, another week it might be two with someone else getting their turn in the sun, but that can sometimes be a difficult place to be not knowing what is coming week in, week out.
But for receiver Keon Coleman, he's revealed how he approaches the everybody eats mentality that has fueled this offense over the past couple of seasons.
“It just is what it is,” Coleman said. “If the ball find me, I'm going to make a play. If the ball is in somebody else's hands, I'm going to do my job, make the block, and hopefully spring for a touchdown. But it is what it is, it's the game of football.”

Brady's everybody eats mantra already fruitful in 2025
With Josh Allen spreading the ball around and not having to force-feed a receiver every week, say like he did with Stefon Diggs, the offense has been putting up points for fun, and looking at the stats, Brady's everybody eats mantra is in full effect.
Through the first four weeks, five players have at least 10 receptions, while 11 players have at least one reception, plus four different players have scored touchdowns in the passing game.
So, everybody is "eating" in Brady's offense right now, and for defenses, having to cover all players is a tough task because Allen isn't focused on just one weapon, he gets the ball to all of them.
It has been that approach which helped Allen with the MVP award last season, and it is what Buffalo hopes will led them to a Super Bowl win in 2025.
