After having the most productive game of his career in a 31-25 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last week, Tampa Bay Buccaneers starting running back Bucky Irving came down with some setbacks in the game.

Irving, 23, finished with 63 rushing yards on 15 carries, five receptions for 102 receiving yards, and one touchdown. and a lost fumble in the game. This wasn't enough to get over the hump in the battle of the undefeated teams, and Tampa Bay was given its first loss of the season.

With all of these stats, Irving also picked up multiple injuries that were later revealed. Some more information on the significance of the setbacks was revealed on Sunday.

It took a few days after their Week 4 loss for the news to come out that Bucky Irving was dealing with injuries to both his foot and his shoulder. The second year back was seen with a walking boot during Buccaneers practice.

After the team decided that Irving would be unable to suit up in Week 5 against the Seattle Seahawks, recent news says that he could be missing an extended period of time.

NFL insider Adam Schefter reported on Sunday morning that Bucky Irving's injury to his shoulder is "more of an issue." The upper body injury is labeled as a shoulder subluxation that has a minimum recovery time of two weeks.

With this being said, Irving is more than likely to miss this week's matchup, along with Week 6's game against the San Francisco 49ers. Tampa Bay is expected to use running backs Rachaad White and Sean Tucker to help fill the void at the position moving forward.
