Nelly Korda won't represent the U.S. at International Crown due to injury

Yealimi Noh will take Korda's place on the four-player roster in South Korea.

Nelly Korda won't represent the U.S. at the Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown later this month. The top-ranked American has withdrawn from the team event due to injury. Yealimi Noh will take her place.

The complete U.S. team will now be Angel Yin, Lauren Coughlin, Lilia Vu and Noh.

In addition, the Pajaree Anannarukarn has been added to Thailand's roster after Patty Tavatanakit withdrew. She'll join world No. 1 Jeeno Thitikul, Ariya Jutanugarn and Chanettee Wannasaen.

The International Crown will take place Oct. 23-26 at New Korea Country Club in South Korea.

Nelly Korda of the United States plays her shot from the 18th tee during the final round of the LOTTE Championship presented by Hoakalei 2025 at Hoakalei Country Club on October 04, 2025 in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.

Korda wrapped up play at the Lotte Championship on Saturday on Oahu, where she tied for fourth. When asked after the final round about rest and recovery this time of year, Korda said it's tough.

"I would say by this time of the year my body is definitely worn down," she said. "I do have some injuries I've had in the past that kind of linger that are never really fully resolved, that you still do PT on every single day, you do therapy.

"So making sure you're 100 percent with your body or as 100 percent as you can be is always the end goal going into kind of the first day of the event."

This time last year, Korda withdrew from the LPGA's fall Asian swing with a neck injury. She returned to action last year at The Annika driven by Gainbridge at Pelican in Florida and won her seventh title of the season. This season, she remains in search of her first victory.
