2025 Sanderson Farms Championship payout: Here's how much every player made

The PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Fall Series opened with a win by Scottie Scheffler in a Ryder Cup tune-up at the Procore Championship in Napa, Calif. This week’s Sanderson Farms Championship at the Country Club of Jackson in Jackson, Miss., had a different feel with most of the PGA Tour’s stars at home.

Twenty-six-year-old South African Garrick Higgo opened with rounds of 65-66 to take a one-shot lead into the weekend. The left-hander backed that up with a Saturday to take a two-shot lead into Sunday’s final round.

Higgo got off to a slow start on Sunday as Steven Fisk, Danny Walker and Vince Whaley caught and passed him by the time he reached the 12th tee. But Higgo responded with four straight birdies from 13-16 to tie Fisk at 22 under.

The par-4 17th would prove to be the separator.

Both players stuffed their approach shots, but Higgo missed his six-foot birdie putt, which allowed Fisk, who hit his approach to three feet, to nudge ahead by one heading to the 18th.

Fisk then hit his approach shot on the 18th to four feet and rolled in the birdie to clinch his first-career PGA Tour win and a $1.08 million winner’s check.
