WWE Crown Jewel 2025 is just on the horizon, and we finally have an update about Roman Reigns‘ match on the show.

The Original Tribal Chief made his RAW return last week and rescued the Usos from The Vision. The Head of the Table is already advertised to be part of Crown Jewel, but his match is yet to be official. Amid this, news has finally surfaced about his potential opponent at this weekend’s show.

According to a report from Dave Meltzer (via F4WOnline), Roman Reigns vs Bronson Reed was listed as the final match for this weekend’s premium live event. This is based on information from an internal lineup sheet.

Additionally, the source discloses that the match was listed as having a “stipulation to be determined.” So if the report comes to fruition, then a Reigns vs. Reed rematch would come with a stipulation this time around.

It’s worth noting that Bronson hails from Adelaide, Australia. So if he competes at Crown Jewel this weekend, it will be a hometown advantage. This dynamic should make for an interesting reaction from the WWE Universe in Perth.

What happened the last time Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed collided in WWE?

At WWE Clash in Paris 2025, Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed locked horns in a singles match. The match went on for approximately 22 minutes. After a hard-fought battle, Reigns defeated Reed and came out on top. Following the match, Reigns suffered a beatdown from Bron Breakker and Reed, writing him off television.

Now with OG Bloodline members by his side, it’s not likely Reigns will be outnumbered in this rematch at Crown Jewel.
