Now, ahead of their league match against Barcelona, Real Madrid star Rodrygo has claimed that Los Blancos 'have to beat' the Catalan club.

In a recent interview with Diario AS, Rodrygo referred to Real Madrid's performances in the Clasicos last term as 'horrible,' and said,

"We have to beat BarƧa in the Clasico, no matter how. Last year, it was horrible for us against Barca, and this time we're playing at home, at the Bernabeu. We have to show who Real Madrid is," as per Foot Africa.
The Brazilian star further highlighted the significance of this rivalry and added,
"When you arrive in Madrid, the first thing you dream about is scoring against Barcelona and winning the Champions League. That's always on my mind, and before every Clasico I picture it: scoring a goal against them."
After recording three goals and five assists in 15 matches against Barcelona, it remains to be seen if Rodrygo is able to increase his goal contributions in Madrid's 10th La Liga clash of the season.
