Matias Soulé has carried the Roma attack in the early going amid their strikers’ struggles and Paulo Dybala’s injury woes. However, his sound performances in the last few months haven’t resulted in a regular role for Argentina. The winger might give in to Italy’s courtship eventually.
His agent, Martin Guastadisegno, issued a warning in an interview with LaRoma24.
“He’s working hard to reach the national team. He’s their only youngster who has yet to be given the possibility to play a single minute. I think that he’s becoming a leader in an important team and deserves a chance.” “We know that Argentina has many players in that position, but considering his consistency, he deserves a spot. It’d be a messy recruitment but a strong get for the Azzurri, who can use all the talent they can find. La Seleccion likely thought they already had him in the bag. They have been proactive with way weaker players and will probably make sure he won’t leave in November or next March.
