Ah, how different the world looks when things are going well.

That's what Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield is experiencing right now.

Off to an epic start to the season, Mayfield is getting different vibes from the people who once hated on him.

Mayfield got into a spat with some Seattle Seahawks fans in Week 5, and when recounting the incident during Wednesday's media availability, the QB said that it was behavior that early in his career would've gotten him called immature.

Now, it has people complimentary calling Mayfield "a dog."

Mayfield doesn't seem particularly amused, describing it as, "Same s—, different day."

It's definitely been quite the journey to get to the point where that's the reality for Mayfield.

When he was the No. 1 overall pick by the Cleveland Browns, he was viewed as uber-talented but also quite feisty.

When he struggled in Cleveland, especially while seeming to appear in every other commercial during NFL broadcasts, it was painted as immaturity and a bad grasp of his role.

Then he had to scuffle in Carolina, find footing with the Rams and eventually sign in Tampa Bay.

Now, Mayfield is playing like an MVP candidate and is coming off an epic 29-for-33 performance in a three-point win over the Seahawks. It's safe to say the Browns wish they still had this guy.

Mayfield has learned lessons along the way, but he's also maintained a lot of his classic Baker charm.

It just looks a whole lot better in the sunlight than it did in the rain.
