Nike Drops New LeBron XXIII ‘Miami Twice’ Sneakers: Here’s Where to Score a Pair Online

Despite rumors of retirement with a social media tease of “The Second Decision,” Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is, in fact, not hanging up his jersey and calling it quits anytime soon. Instead of retiring, James is celebrating 23 seasons in the NBA with new signature sneakers from Nike.

Available for $210 on nike.com, the Nike LeBron XXIII “Miami Twice” sneakers (which are 2 of 23 different colorways that celebrate iconic basketball moments throughout LBJ’s career) feature a Miami-inspired design to pay homage “to The King’s” time in South Beach with palm trees and a tropical colorway.

The new signature sneakers drop on Thursday, Oct. 9, at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT.

The new signature shoes are lightweight, comfortable and made for basketball with their pronounced lines and modern silhouette. The uppers are made from a blend of high-quality real and synthetic leathers for structure and toughness, while they have a special containment system that keep you locked in when on the court or hardwood. The lace loops add security, support and style with a bit of subtly. Their midsole even features Nike’s ZoomX foam cushioning for springiness and bounce.

Additionally, the sneakers have James’ signature at the top of each tongue, while James’ “King” logo sits at the inner quarter panel. There’s even stylish backwards “Swoosh” logos at the heel stablizers.
