PFF ranked the top five MSU offensive players against Nebraska

Michigan State football suffered their second straight loss of the 2025 season last Saturday at the hands of Nebraska, when the Spartans fell 38-27 in Lincoln.

Unfortunately, the Spartans offensive performance against the Cornhuskers was pretty pitiful, not matching the defensive performance and ultimately letting the team down in this big time game.

Despite the struggles, there actually were some bright spots for the Spartans, especially some bright spots for the future of the program under Jonathan Smith. Offensively, there is a ton to work on, but a ton to take away.

After looking at the film, and evaluating the game, Pro Football Focus (Subscription Required) gave out their grades for the Spartans in the game.
