Kicker Brandon McManus' quad injury 'a major concern,' per Packers head coach Matt LaFleur

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said kicker Brandon McManus' quad injury is "a major concern" ahead of their Week 6 game against the Bengals.

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said kicker Brandon McManus suffered a right quad injury during practice Oct. 8, among the team's injury concerns ahead of an NFL Week 6 game against the Cincinnati Bengals at Lambeau Field.

McManus was at practice Oct. 9 without a helmet, and did not kick.

LaFleur said after the practice that McManus' injury is "a major concern right now."

"We'll see how he is today and tomorrow and we'll have a plan," LaFleur said.

The Packers have Mark McNamee on the practice squad but also could sign a kicker.

Tackles Anthony Belton (ankle) and Rasheed Walker (quad) and defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt also did not participate in practice.
