MANHATTAN (KSNT) – K-State volleyball outside/opposite hitter Shaylee Myers joins 27 Sports Director Kole Emplit on this week’s episode of K-Nation.
The two talk about Myers’ record-breaking night for the program, the season thus far, and her love for Manhattan.
In her senior season with the Wildcats, Myers is breaking records. She became the first player in the rally-scoring era to record 34 kills in a single match in K-State’s Oct. 1 match at West Virginia.
Myers boasts about the positive environment her and her teammates have created, and how much they contribute to her individual success.
“Huge credit to my teammates, I literally could not do any of it without them,” Myers said. “Especially Ava LeGrand, my setter, she’s just doing fantastic and I’m really proud of her too.”
The full interview can be seen above or on this Sunday’s edition of K-Nation.
