What we learned from the New York Jets loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 6

Listing what we learned about the Jets following their 13-11 loss to the Broncos in Week 6 in London.

The New York Jets have rolled on in their 2025 NFL season, most recently against the Denver Broncos in Week 6.

The game held out in London resulted in a 13-11 loss for the Jets (0-6) as the Broncos' victory kept the Green and White winless this year.

New York remains the only team in football without a win. This effort taught up plenty like every week does.

With that, here are three things we learned from the Jets' loss to the Broncos:

Justin Fields can be awful

A new Jets record no one wanted to see: Quarterback Justin Fields finished just 9-for-17 passing for 45 yards. He had 31 yards rushing as well.

As far as throwing it, Fields had a net yardage total (sacks combined) of -10 yards. That is the lowest ever in team history.

Yeah, that's awful.

Aaron Glenn is backing Fields till the end

Despite Fields' awful game, head coach Aaron Glenn still backed him in a big way. He later went on to downplay it, but when asked about Fields potentially being benched, Glenn said "what kind of question is that?"

That is some backing of a QB after a franchise worst game of all-time...

Wow, the defense can play?

And hey, we can find one bright side here.

The Jets defense was horrible through the first five game of the 2025 season... but not on this one.

Glenn's defense held a budding offense led by Broncos quarterback Bo Nix to just 13 points. The unit even put up points itself.

A great effort all for naught...
