On Sunday, the Czech team was stunned 2-1 by the Faroe Islands in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
National team general manager Pavel Nedved said that the performance in such an important game was "unacceptable."
The Czech Republic are second in Group L, three points behind leaders Croatia. Only the group winners qualify directly to the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico next year.
The Czech team are at least secured of a play-off berth based on the Nations League ranking.
