What we learned from the Buffalo Bills' 24-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6

Reflecting on things we learned about the Bills in their loss to the Falcons.

The Buffalo Bills taught us some things this past week.

The Bills (4-2) lost in 24-14 fashion in Week 6 on "Monday Night Football" against the Atlanta Falcons (3-2). That will leave a sour taste because of the upcoming bye week.

The poor play on offense and defense left us with some takeaways which are worth taking a quick look back at now.

Here are three things we learned from the Bills' loss to the Falcons:

There is worry

The Bills were not expected to be a perfect team, but by their bye week the idea was to be in first place in the AFC East. That's not the case.

Naturally, that's a cause for concern and we've learned this team has flaws.

Defensively, tackling and fundamentals lack. On offense, quarterback Josh Allen is trying to be "Super Man" a bit too much, at least in Atlanta. He needs help.

The bye week can help both areas.

Injuries are a problem

The Bills have to be better. What doesn't help? Clearly this:

We must relax

It's 4-2. It's a winning record. Let the team reflect and heal. A lot of season is still on the way.

There's not really anything to defend the defense, unfortunately. In terms of the offense? For those who did not know, the Falcons have the NFL's best defense, allowing only 253.4 yards per game.

It will get better there, most likely.
