Monnapule Saleng scored his first goal of the season as Orbit College secured a 2-1 victory over Richards Bay FC in a Betway Premiership clash at uMhlathuze Sports Complex on Friday.
The rookies opened the scoring through Lethabo Modimoeng, who pounced on a ball from on-loan Orlando Pirates star Thuso Moleleki in the 14th minute.
Prolific forward Knox Mutizwa leveled matters for the hosts in the 38th minute, before Saleng restored the lead six minutes into the second stanza.
As a result, Orbit climbed to 12th place on the log standings, having accumulated 10 points from 10 league outings.
Meanwhile, the Natal Rich Boys occupy position 10 on the log, with 11 points amassed after 10 Betway Premiership matches.
