Two Georgia games ranked among the top-10 most-watched games in college football

The Georgia Bulldogs are a football team that America loves to watch and this year is no different. On3 ranked the top 10 most watched games of the season and the Georgia Bulldogs made the list twice.

Their game vs. the Alabama Crimson Tide was the No. 6 watched game of the season. The game was at 7:30 p.m., the same time as the Oregon-Penn State game, a rematch of the Big Ten championship game. However, this old rivalry outclassed the Oregon-Penn State tilt, and for good reason.

Georgia lost to Alabama 24-21, never taking a lead at any point, but there were moments where Georgia was close to grabbing the lead. Overall, 10.42 million fans saw the game on ABC that day.

Georgia also has the No. 2 most popular game of the season: their 2025 SEC debut against the Tennessee Volunteers. This game was an all-timer: Georgia came back from down 21-7 to tie it in regulation 38-38 with less than a minute to go.

Tennessee had another chance to win it in regulation, but the Volunteers kicker shanked it, forcing overtime. In overtime, Tennessee kicked a field goal to take a lead, but Georgia running back Josh McCray found the end zone a few plays later to win the game 44-41. 12.6 million people tuned in to the Georgia-Tennessee game on ABC.
