10:35 a.m.: Sunday's forecast in Cleveland is calling for rain showers and thunderstorms before 3 p.m. There is a 100 percent chance of precipitation.
There will also be southwest winds of 15 to 25 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 47 miles per hour. Miami and Cleveland are set to kick off around 1 p.m., meaning the rain and winds will be felt during the game.
10:05 a.m.: Allan Nosoff, a meteorologist at Cleveland's ABC affiliate, has outlined the forecast.
Nosoff explained that the heavy rain is expected to be felt at Huntington Bank Field in the afternoon. That said, warm-ups and pregame will be impacted in addition to the game itself.
