Kentucky football’s schedule was released last night for the upcoming and first season for new head coach Will Stein.

The Wildcats will have home games against Youngstown State (Sep 5), Alabama (Sep 12), South Alabama (Sep 26), LSU (Oct 10), Vanderbilt (Oct 24), Florida (Nov 14) and Louisville (Nov 28).

They’ll hit the road to face Texas A&M (Sep 19), South Carolina (Oct 3), Oklahoma (Oct 17), Tennessee (Nov 7) and Missouri (Nov 21).

Their BYE week will fall on October 31st.

Not only are there several big name schools on the schedule for the Wildcats, there are also a couple of big names that will specifically be coming to Lexington.

The LSU game will be during the first half of Lane Kiffin’s first season with the Tigers and the Florida game will be towards the end of former Kentucky linebacker Jon Sumrall’s first season with the Gators.

In Lexington, No. 1 seed Kentucky Volleyball continued to dance as they swept cinderella Cal Poly to advance to the Elite Eight.

They’re set to face No. 3 seed Creighton on Saturday night at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington for the opportunity to advance to the Final Four.

The match is scheduled to begin at 5 PM ET with coverage on ESPN2.
