The College Football Playoff national title game is 29 days away and Fox Sports' Joel Klatt has already locked in his championship game pick.

Simply put, it's a thriller and a game college football fans should be familiar with especially if they were locked into the Big Ten title game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and Indiana Hoosiersearlier this month.

Klatt said he wouldn't br surprised to see Miami get the same treatment Indianapolis had with a Buckeyes-Hoosiers rematch.

"There’s something about this Indiana team, they’re so good, they’re great on defense, they can run it, they can throw it, and I think they’ll end the Ducks’ season and move onto the national championship," Klatt said on "The Joel Klatt Show."

To make the game a reality, Klatt says the Oregon Ducks would scrape by the Texas Tech Raiders in the Capital One Bowl while the Hoosiers would beat the Alabama Crimson Tide.

This would then open the door for the Buckeyes to eventually get out of the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic unscathed against the Miami Hurricanes to eventually set up a final four featuring the Buckeyes vs. Georgia Bulldogs (assuming Georgia beats the Ole Miss Rebels) while the Hoosiers would rematch the Ducks from their game during the regular-season.

"I think it would be tough to beat the Buckeyes twice in a season], so I’m going to go Buckeyes as my national champion," Klatt said.

If this scenario were to transpire, it's a massive win for the Big Ten. Whoever wins would give the league its third-straight national title and could witness the Buckeyes winning their second straight CFP title or the Hoosiers' completion of one of sports greatest stories ever.

Whether it does, though, can officially see the wheels come in motion as New Year's Eve approaches.
