Baltimore, MD — Southwest Virginia native and former Honaker High School kicker Jordan Stout was chosen to compete in the NFL Pro Bowl game on Feb. 3 in San Francisco.
The 4th-year pro for the Baltimore Ravens is having the best season of his career in the pros, by averaging a career-high 50.5 yards per punt. He set a new career-long with a 74-yard punt earlier this season, and he’s placed 41.7% of his punts inside the opponent’s 20-yard line.
Stout’s punting average ranks third, and his net punting average ranks first in the NFL among punters who have played at least 10 games.
