FORT BRANCH, Ind. (WEHT) — After a back and forth first quarter, Gibson Southern girl’s basketball team was able to reclaim the lead and hold off Indian Creek to secure a fifth place finish in the annual Toyota Classic on their home floor.
The Titans trailed late in the first quarter, but pulled away in the second half to beat the Braves 61-49. Gibson Southern will return from the holiday break to host Silver Creek Saturday, January 3rd.
