Fans attending Sunday's game will experience pleasant afternoon conditions before storms develop

Cincinnati residents and fans planning to attend the Bengals’ Week 17 matchup against the Cardinals will experience unseasonably warm temperatures on Sunday. Rain and gusty conditions are expected during the evening, according to AccuWeather.
