As the Giants and Raiders prepare to face off — with the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft likely on the line — here is a look at the latest draft order, coming out of Sunday’s 1 p.m. games.
The Giants and Raiders are both 2-13 — the only two-win teams left in the NFL this season.
Both have lost nine straight games. So this is the first matchup in league history featuring two teams that have both lost at least nine straight games coming in.
This is also the first time since 1981 that the two teams with sole possession of the NFL’s two worst records will meet each other during the final two weeks of the season.
As for the Giants, they have picked first overall twice — but not since 1965 (and 1951 before that). Of course, they could always wind up trading next spring’s top pick to a quarterback-needy team.
And the Raiders are very much a quarterback-needy team.
Here is the up-to-the-minute draft order (via Tankathon):
1. Giants (2-13)
