George Kittle won’t play tonight; the Bears are relatively healthy

Ricky Pearsall is active

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is inactive for tonight’s game against the Chicago Bears. Ricky Pearsall will play. Here’s a look at the rest of the inactives:

CB Renardo Green (neck)
WR Jordan Watkins
DE Robert Beal
LB Curtis Robinson
DT Kevin Givens
RB Isaac Guerendo

So, Pearsall swaps spots with Kittle. The 49ers’ run game has been notably worse this season without Kittle on the field. We will see how Kyle Shanahan looks to combat his absence.

No Isaac Guerendo for the second week in a row. Jordan James will take his spot on the active roster once again. Unlike last week, Jordan Watkins is inactive.

Darrell Luter might be tested more in his second start, especially down the field. It’ll be imperative for Luter to not only tackle, but also defend the deep ball.

The Chicago Bears won’t have Olamdie Zaccheaus active, but DJ Moore, Darnell Wright, Nahshon Wright, and T.J. Edwards are all active.
