The Pearland, Texas native spent one year with the Horned Frogs.
TCU freshman cornerback Cam Jamerson, a three-star recruit from the 2025 class, announced Wednesday that he will enter the transfer portal after one season with the Horned Frogs. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound cornerback from Pearland, Texas did not see game action this season and will depart with four years of eligibility remaining.
Jamerson is the eighth member of the 2025 TCU roster and the second cornerback (Elijah Jackson) to declare for the transfer portal. The Horned Frogs are losing multiple cornerbacks to graduation/eligibility expiration including seniors Jevon McIver Jr. and Channing Canada, who’ve declared for the 2026 NFL Draft. Jamerson signed with TCU over Kansas State, Houston, Maryland, Syracuse, Washington and more.
