The Roma-Fiorentina connection could heat up soon.
The Roman club is once again knocking on Viola Park’s door for Niccolò Fortini, the winger whose contract expires in 2027 and who, at least for now, has no intention of renewing his contract with Fiorentina.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Giallorossi are ready to offer €10 million to secure the 2006-born player.
With Paolo Vanoli’s change of formation, Fortini could be marginalized, and he only came on in the 83rd minute against Milan.
Given the delicate situation surrounding Angelino, Roma may be looking for a left-back, and the 2006-born player is quite the target at Trigoria. A proposal of around €13 million was already put forward this summer.
Meanwhile, another deal along the same lines could close in the next few hours. Fiorentina has reached an agreement with Tommaso Baldanzi and Roma for a transfer this transfer window, but the wait for Giacomo Raspadori’s final decision is slowing down the deal’s success.
