The field for the divisional round of the NFL playoffs is almost set.
The NFL wild-card round is almost over, and it has lived up to its name. The first four of the games were all decided by one possession, with Sunday afternoon’s San Francisco 49ers’ 23-19 win over the Eagles being the latest.
The divisional round matchups on the NFC side have been determined, but the AFC side still has two games left after the No. 6 Buffalo Bills defeated the No. 3 Jacksonville Jaguars earlier Sunday.
The only remaining game in the wild-card round is between the No. 4 Pittsburgh Steelers, who are at home against the No. 5 Houston Texans on Monday night.
The divisional round will be played next weekend, with the two No. 1 teams, the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC and the Denver Broncos in the AFC, coming off the bye and set to host games.
The times and networks for the divisional round games will be announced after the Monday night wild-card game
Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara, California, is set for Feb. 8, 2026.
