The final four teams are set for this season's conference championship games. A good time to look at the playoff history for each team in this round.

Making it to the Super Bowl is the ultimate challenge. For some teams, however, just getting to the playoffs is a grind. The conference championship games are coming up on Jan. 25. The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks will vie for the NFC title while the New England Patriots meet the Denver Broncos for the AFC spot in the Super Bowl. The time is ripe to check out each current NFL team's last appearance in the games that determine who represents each conference in the NFL championship game.
