Malen scored on his debut in the 2-0 win against Torino, but was cup-tied midweek, so returns to the starting XI here with support from both Dybala and Soulé.
The problems are in defence, where Mario Hermoso will be out for a month with a muscular lesion, joining Devyne Rensch, Artem Dovbyk and Angelino on the treatment table, so Daniele Ghilardi plays.
Stephan El Shaarawy and Neil El Aynaoui return to the bench, along with new signing Robinio Vaz.

Milan are unbeaten since the opening weekend in Serie A, but while they have generally done well in the big games, it’s against the smaller clubs that they’ve stuttered.
Santiago Gimenez is the only injury case, as Alexis Saelemaekers shook off a knock to start against the club where he was on loan last season.
Strahinja Pavlovic is still not at 100 per cent after needing nine stitches for a cut to his head, so Koni De Winter keeps his spot in defence.
The big news is Christian Pulisic dropping to the bench, so Leao is partnered by Nkunku, with Modric returning to the midfield alongside Adrien Rabiot and Samuele Ricci.
